The Client

FlowHR is a fast-growing B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) startup aiming to simplify human resources management for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The Challenge

SMEs struggle with fragmented HR tools—using spreadsheets for payroll, emails for leave requests, and paper for onboarding. FlowHR needed a robust, all-in-one MVP to secure seed funding and onboard their first 50 beta companies.

Our Solution

We developed a comprehensive, multi-tenant SaaS architecture from scratch. Features included role-based access control (RBAC), an automated payroll calculation engine, a self-service employee portal for leave tracking, and an automated onboarding pipeline. We also integrated Stripe for their subscription billing.
