YumSpot is a fast-casual restaurant chain that wanted to take control of their delivery ecosystem rather than relying entirely on expensive third-party delivery apps like UberEats or Glovo.
The Challenge
Third-party delivery apps were eating up to 30% of their profit margins. Furthermore, they had no direct access to their customer data to run loyalty programs or targeted marketing campaigns.
Our Solution
We built a Progressive Web App (PWA) that allows customers to order directly from YumSpot. The app features an interactive menu, real-time order tracking using the Google Maps API, and an integrated digital loyalty card system. We also built a live kitchen display system (KDS) for the staff.
